1 x 37kW, 246 LPM, 100 Bar motor pump unit, with full Proportional flow & Proportional pressure control.

1 x 18.5kW, 246 LPM, 100 Bar motor pump unit, with full Proportional flow & Proportional pressure control.

Proportional flow is controlled via a 4-20 mA signal into the Kawasaki pump control electronics.

Proportional pressure control is via a Wandfluh 4-20mA Proportional Pressure relief valve & PD3 Digital Amplifier, adjustable via a Bluetooth connection to a Smartphone.

Intricate pipework to connect control solenoids to the customers SAE flange connection on the machine.

Gear type flow dividers (with Synchronization) used, to accurately divide flow to cylinder pairs.

Cetop 7, 5 & 3 control solenoid stacks.

Actuator vent ball valves fitted, to aid trouble shooting on site.

5-, 7- & 12-Micron filtration used, for excellent oil cleanliness.
